Busy week for PLATO EBR - Louth Business Group up and running

It has been a busy week for Plato EBR.  February has been a month of firsts for the programme - the first group in Louth got underway in Dundalk on Thursday 28 February.  A week earlier the first Monaghan group kickstarted the business groups. Facilitating the Louth Group is Michael Farrell, FPM Chartered Accountants and Cormac Doyle, ABB alongside group co-ordinator Paul Reavey, Brilliant Red Consulting. 

Pictured is group facilitator Cormac Doyle, Paul Reavey with members of Louth Business Group, missing from picture is Michael Farrell, FPM Chartered Accountants (group facilitator).  Rhonda McDowell, Network Manager welcomed the group, she commented "On behalf of PLATO EBR we are delighted to welcome you onto PLATO EBR, a programme part financed by the European Union's INTERREG IVA Cross Border Progamme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body.  As business owner / managers you are amongst the first to participate in the programme which is open to businesses across a ten council area."

The meeting closed with comments from Programme Director, Dr Cecilia Hegarty (pictured) "It is fantastic to have such a diverse set of skills, experience and expertise combined within one group.  This rich set of ingredients should result in highly productive meetings and business outputs, both individually and collectively as a group."
