Policy Seminar on Skills and Needs of Employers on the island of Ireland
The Centre for Cross Border Studies, in collaboration with InterTradeIreland, is hosting a policy seminar which will explore the current provision of skills and the needs of employers on the Island of Ireland. The event will consider new and emerging skills sets, and will highlight policies implemented by Government departments in Ireland and Northern Ireland. There will be a particular focus on the provision in border counties and the requirements of businesses trading cross-border, with the view to discern potential areas for future collaboration.

The seminar will last for 90mins and will bring together the following panel of speakers

• Paul Healy, Skillnet Ireland
• Raymond Kelly, Department for Economy (NI)
• Kevin Daly, Future Jobs Ireland, Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation (IRL)

The Zoom webinar is free to attend and online registration is now open.
