PLATO EBR Companies Undergo Improving Customer Sales & Service Training

Almost 20 PLATO EBR Companies underwent intensive training on Friday 11th March 2016 in CITC, Cavan on the topic of Improving Customer Sales and Service.  The training took account of winning new customers – retaining good ones and The Selling Process, Building Customer Loyalty through Improved Customer Care and Service Delivery. Whilst many of the attendees had years of both buyer and sales experience, some admitted they had never undertaken formal training in processes and management of the sub-components of a process.

The workshop was delivered by Francis Verling director of Verling Consulting. Verling Consulting’s approach was practical, looking at the selling process, the psychology of selling and sales management. The course addressed all stages in the selling process from prospecting for new customers to closing the sales, building and maintaining customer loyalty and delivering customer care to drive repeat business.  Francis provided tools and techniques which can be easily applied by each individual company and even products/services to build stronger customer relationships and inspire confidence in selling.
