Belfast Entrepreneurs Network (BEN) brings businesses together in an informal environment that can help to generate new contacts, create business opportunities and share ideas.
 
Keeping the balance
Our next BEN event will take place on Thursday 16 April in Clifton House, North Queen Street, Belfast, from 5.30pm – 7.30pm.
 
Jenny Grainger from FreshStart Coaching will facilitate this session sharing the many techniques and tips that she has gathered over the past 10 years in her profession as a life coach, helping you to make meaningful changes in order to lead a happier and more fulfilling life. During the session Jenny will explore the challenges of creating strong, clear work-life boundaries, teaching you how to switch off, prioritising, planning, knowing what success means to you as an individual and the importance of being able to say no!
