The new UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement came into effect at 11pm on 31st December 2020.  The trade deal means changes for businesses whose activities overlap in anyway with that of the EU including importing, exporting, employment or data.

With changes imminent and the late conclusion of negotiations, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) have prepared guidance which includes key actions, guidance and helplines.  To access the document click here.
